Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, he is an amazing advocate for the seller/buyer. We took on an unorthodox task of selling our previous home at the same exact time of buying a new one. All of our funds were tied up in the old house that needed minor work, but desperately wanted to move and Chris made it happen! We had some road blocks along the way, but he always had an answer or solution to help. Because of our roadblocks, I had many questions and grievances about others in the process, and Chris always responded and worked through the situation in a timely fashion.
